If the urethane solution is foamed into an existing building,
it becomes a great heat insulator. You can foam it onto surfaces
of ceilings or floors after cleaning it.

1. Keeping warm and insulation

Heat conductivity (0.020kcal/ mhr℃) is good and close cells are formed, preventing heat waste. Strong adhesion allows no space at joints. As urethane wraps C-shaped steel, wood scantlings and H beams, urethane is attached for a long time, creating high levels of insulation.

2. Condensation resistance and water proof

As absorptivity is as low as 1% or lower, urethane spray is highly waterproof, moisture proof and durable. Urethane spray can be performed in flat places and winding places, such as projecting parts and complicated structures. Urethane spray hardens quickly and doesn’t run down, so it is possible to work continuously without stopping in the middle.

3. Simple construction

Through furnishing an independent generator to a vehicle, urethane spray can be done even when there is no electricity in worksites. The spraying hose is up to 50m, so it can be used in all difficult conditions, such as insulation of high or large buildings. The system is perfect for the speedy completion of work.
 
After urethane spraying, the process is concluded with aluminum-zinc alloy-coated steel.
